Refund policy
Eligibility:
- We do not offer returns on any items, exhanges only.
- Swimming wear, perfumes, and accessories are not eligible for exchange or returns.
Eligible Items:
- We accept exchange for website purchases only, excluding custom orders, auction items, signature fringe bags, straps, nest boxes, and marked down (last chance) items.
- To be eligible, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and exchange the item within the same timeframe.
Process:
- Exchange must be approved before sending back your order.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To start a exchange, email us at contact@luxuryandmore.co with your order # and reason for return.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused for exchange and in their original packaging. If the original box is unavailable, use a box of similar size.
- Closeout sale items, auction items, earrings, nest boxes, straps, signature fringe bags, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shirts and sweatshirts are exchange only; if the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Restocking Fee:
- All exchanges are subject to a 4% restocking fee, which is subject to change.
- Orders sent back without approval via email may incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Orders not meeting "new condition" standards will be returned to the purchaser, who covers the cost of return shipping.
